ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AND HEADS’ PA
Madley Brook and Springfield Schools are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant and Heads’ PA to join our friendly and enthusiastic team.
The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring that an effective and efficient service is provided to staff, pupils and parents of Springfield and Madley Brook Schools. Experience of working in administration is required together with a willingness to learn.
You would be required to work for 40 hours per week between 8.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday with half an hour unpaid break. This is a permanent position for 43 weeks of the year, which includes 5 Inset Days and 4 weeks during the school holidays.
Madley Brook Primary School and Springfield Special School are co-located on the Madley Park estate on the north east side of Witney. The admin team work for both schools in a central office. We are unique in our set up and visits to the school would be strongly recommended for interested applicants.
Salary: Grade 7 Points 13 – 17 (£22,021 – £23,836 full time equivalent)

Lunchtime Supervisor Required from September 2019
We are looking to recruit a lunchtime supervisor for one and a half hours per day 11.30am to 1.00pm.
Rate of pay: Grade 2 point 7, £8.55 an hour. Work for 38 weeks paid for 43.31
