Dear Parents, Carers and Governors
Your child will have brought home a letter this week advertising the PTA Christmas Event which is a family disco and will be held on Friday 8th December.
The school will be open tomorrow morning between 10.00am and 12.00pm for any families that are able to help a little with some gardening in the sensory garden.
Please may I remind parents that dogs are not permitted in our grounds at any time. Thank you for your understanding.
The PTA have sent some raffle tickets home today with each child. If you are able to sell these on our behalf then please return slips and money to school by 8th December or sooner. Any unwanted tickets may also be returned. Thank you for supporting our fund raising.
We still have vacancies for lunchtime supervisors on both a contract and casual basis. Please let us know if you are interested. We are extremely short staffed at lunchtimes at the moment and would be grateful for any help.
Next week Key Stage 1 are going to the Pantomime in Chipping Norton. Children may bring a drink (non- fizzy) and a small packet of sweets for the interval that will fit into their pocket. Respectfully, please do not give your child a jumbo bag of sweets. All children will require a packed lunch that day and these will have been ordered with your reply form if you selected this option.
All children were photographed by Tempest Photography today. They have brought order forms home which need to be returned by the date shown on the form to ensure delivery before Christmas.
